She's back.

+ I feel like I haven't posted in weeks, but alas, it has only been a few days. I have fixed my computer, it took a few more hours than I would have liked, but it is fixed. My sister and I put our brains together and we figured it out. Wasn't so hard.

+ I started this blog for many reasons. First of all, I had the free time to do so. With classes over for summer vacation, I felt the need for something else to occupy my mind. Turns out, I have less free time than ever. So updates may tend to be less and less often. But I hope to have the free time to post 4 times a week. I'd like to post once a day, yet time constraints will not permit me to do so.

+ I thought I had more to say today, but I'm starting to fall asleep and I still want to do the memes. Just know that I had a crappy weekend, but I feel 100% fine. I'm letting all the drama go. I am happy. And that is all that matters. Most of the problems I have had lately were fixed, or on their way to being fixed. I have realized that my ex will always be in my life, and we can find a way to be a part of one another's life without causing conflict. Maybe one day we will find our way back to the people we used to be. Find our way back to one another, and if we can't... We both know that we will always have love in our heart for the other. And wish each other nothing but the best. |

Excuse me for ovulating.

Friday, May 28, 2004
+ I'm thinking about doing a new layout for my blog. I'm just tired of this one already.

+ My computer is still out of order, and may be for awhile. But I can post at my sisters, and I can still comment. Who knows how long this will last.

+ Another busy weekend. I hope its drama free. My aunt's birthday is today. Party tonight. My sister's birthday is tomorrow, party again. Sunday I have a date. Monday is Memorial Day, cookout. Fun, indeed.

+ How much is too much? Information, that is. How would people react to what I really have to say? If I started blogging about the things that happen to me in everyday life, would people flip out? Are some things better left unsaid? And if so, who is the authority on what is appropriate and what is not? If I did blog about every aspect of my life, would that make me a self-involved lunatic? Do people really wanna hear about my sex life, my love of pizza, my ovaries, my dream of becoming a rapper? I dunno... I'm still in a mood, and these things just come pouring out sometimes.

+ I really don't want to be a rapper.

+ Have a great memorial day weekend everyone. |

Songs about rain.

Thursday, May 27, 2004
*My computer has a virus. Not sure why it wasn't detected before now, but yeah. I have a virus. It should be fixed soon, I hope. I never post on the weekends much anyway. So thanks to everyone that tried to help. =)

*Well I thought my mood had changed but apparently not. I'm in some kind of mood. Hard to describe. I cannot sleep at all. At 7am, they play repeats of Buffy The Vampire Slayer on FX. Of course, I am still wide awake. I love Buffy, always have, and I have seen every episode. I do not really know if it is because watching it the second time around makes everything make more sense, so the jokes are funnier, or if my lack of sleep is just making me crazy; But I laugh out loud. I mean really really loud. Even the commercials have me rolling.

*I usually do not listen to country music. I like it, just not as much as other music. But lately I have been listening to it all of the time. It sure doesn't help the mood that I am in.

*Whats up with the country music/buffy/no sleeping/bad mood/bad week/bitch of a computer/bad sentence structure/phase of mine?

*Song that I am currently playing over and over and over and over... please turn it off:

Songs About Rain - Gary Allen

Well this town has closed down way too early and there's nothing to do.
So I'm driving around in circles and I'm thinking about you.
Today I heard you got a new last name.
Sure didn't know it was gonna hit me this way.
And the radio just keeps on playing all these songs about rain.
Now there's all kind o' songs about babies and love that goes right.
But for some unknown reason nobody wants to play them tonight.
Hey I hope its sunny where ever you are.
Thats sure not the picture tonight in my car.
And it sure ain't easing my pain all these songs.

CHORUS~Like Rainy Night In Georgia, and Kentucky Rain.
Well here comes that rainy day feeling again.
Blue eyes crying in the early morning rain.
They go on and on and theres no two the same.
Oh it would be easy to blame all these songs about rain.~CHORUS

Well I thought I was over you but I guess maybe I'm not.
Cause when I let you go, looks like lonely is all that I got.
Guess I'll never know what could have been.
Sure ain't helping this mood that I'm in.
Yeah they're gonna keep on playing these songs.

Oh how I wish I could blame all these songs about rain.
All these songs about rain.
Songs about rain.

Houston, we have a problem.

Tuesday, May 25, 2004
Something is seriously wrong with AOL, or my computer. I have tried everything I can think of to try and fix the little rat, but nothing seems to work. I have done disk cleanup, disk defrag, cleaned out my cookies, removed AOL, reinstalled AOL, removed the AOL adapter, cleared oodles of space, updated every available option to make windows run better, restarted the rat millions of times, and hit her upside the head a few times. That last one was a joke, but the thought does cross my mind every 5 seconds. I doubt that this post will even go through because every time I am online, I get kicked off after 10 minutes. I even did the AOL omputer checkup and fix it options. I am at my breaking point this week. I might just explode all over the little *beep* in a few seconds. I just want to use my *&%$@*$ computer. And... *beepity beep beep beep*. I feel better, kinda. Yeah, maybe. I do. *BEEEEEEEEEEEEEEP* |

Warning: This post contains highly flammable material.

Monday, May 24, 2004
I had a bad weekend, I am having a bad morning. You may want to run away from this post right now. I warned you, I really did. I am soooo cranky. Seriously. If I was a toon, I would have smoke coming out of my ears. I just had to deal with a lot of family drama this weekend. And ex-boyfriend drama, too. I am extremely tired and I started my period Saturday. I have those extra pain cramps. When you feel like 50% of your body is just terrorizing the other half. And.. AND..It is so friggin' hot here. I feel that icky, sticky, skin peeling away from my body vibe. But really, I am feeling alright. lol. If I can still laugh at myself then that is a sure sign that I wasn't too cranky to begin with. I just needed to vent for a second or two. I will be back later in the day to blog hop. And today I WILL get to all of the e-mails. I'm serious. I am. You don't believe me do ya? I don't blame ya.

Monday Music Mambo.

So lets get warmed up....Mambo around the room a few times. No, don't do that, you might be at work and people will think you're crazy!!

And believe me, Mis is not the same. (As Misty)(Please don't call me Mis)
Making things rhyme is lame.
But then again, I am lame, though I do got game.
Orange and Blue are not the same.

And since we're all in a dancing kinda mood....here's the rest. It's a bit of "I say, you think," but with a twist.

I'm going to say, one word...and you list as many things as you want that come to mind when you see it.

Are you ready?

Are ya sure

Here it is.....

*Let's Dance - David Bowie
*Somedays You Just Gotta Dance - Dixie Chicks
*funky chicken
*Dance With The One That Brought Ya - Shania Twain
*Dirty Dancing
*Save The Last Dance

So if your ready....get dancing..and remember to come back and comment when your done and let us know your mamboed.

So it begins.

Thursday, May 20, 2004
So, the new meme has begun. We got more players today than I thought we would. I would like to thank everyone who participated this first week. I appreciate it very much. A special thanks to my new cohort, Barry. Barry is the co-contributor for Theater Thursday. I asked for help with the new meme, and he agreed to be the one, so go give him love, too. I promise I am working on returning e-mails. I am slow this week. Please be patient with me. (Mark, lol.) Now for the very first time, I do the meme.

Theater Thursday

Shrek 2 opens this weekend in theaters, hoping to be an even bigger hit than the prequel. From Antz, to Mulan, to The Lion King, to Heavy Metal, even Anime; There are hundreds of animated movies.

1. What is your favorite animated movie? I feel like such a nerd, but I love The Little Mermaid.

2. Which animated movie is your least favorite? I can't really think of one that I totally disliked. I'm gonna have to go with The Emperor's New Groove.

3. Who is your favorite animated movie character? Sebastian. The little crab from The Little Mermaid.

We miss you in Toontown.
Thanks for playing. Don't forget to leave a link to your blog in the comments, so we can all see what your thoughts are on animation

Mirror mirror on the wall, stop staring at me.

Wednesday, May 19, 2004
4am. It always seems like I am awake at 4am, and that is the time that I choose to start posting. Strange. I promise I am working on responding to my emails. PROMISE.
So yeah, I have started a new meme. It is called Theater Thursday, so obviously it will be updated on Thurdays, and it is all about movies. I will put the first questions up tomorrow. Please join us and come play along. My email address is on the site, so if you would like to be on the players list and/or notify list please e-mail me with the email address you want used, your name, your blog name, and your blog url.
I am also looking for someone that can help me, it probably won't be often. Just in case I happen to go on vacation this summer, or I get busy with work and/or school. Or sick. Just someone with the ability to use blogger and come up with interesting movie questions. If you would like to be that person, e-mail me at the same address.
Other than that, not much else is going on. Time for the hump.

Wednesday Mind Hump.

Let's warm up with a new exercise. Think of a cliche, a favorite saying, a sampling of your favorite lyrics or a snippet from your favorite poem or movie. For instance, "... the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth." Now, hump it up! Here's how the example would translate, " ... the hump, the whole hump and nothing but the hump." The possibilities are endless ... have fun with it! Ready? Hump it up!

Okay, now that we're all warmed up let's move on to a little Mind Humping fun with "I say ___, you think ___." In response to the following list of words enter the first words, phrase, idea or thought that comes into your ever humpin' mind. Ready? Put on your humping caps.

01. lipstick: ruby red
02. dust: ball
03. scissors: don't run
04. balls: out
05. sponge: spongebob
06. bottom: rear
07. doodle: scribble
08. bottle: opener
09. cheese: whiz
10. queen: of denial

They are the gummi bears.

Tuesday, May 18, 2004
Ok, I have a lot to say today. Maybe. I always plan on these really long posts, but 5 sentences into them, I get lazy and quit. First of all, my uncle is home and he is gonna be just fine. He had some sort of swollen muscle problem. But yeah, he is perfectly fine. I appreciate everyone's kind words, thoughts, and prayers. I really do. Secondly, I have been extremely busy with family, job hunting, and decorating my room: therefore if I have yet to respond to comments or emails, they are coming soon, I promise. Thirdly, I am only doing one meme today because I am so darn busy and lazy. And yes, I did say darn. Besides, I have been doing this meme since it began and I can't miss it. On that note, the last thing I wanted to mention.... I am starting a new meme. Well, I have started to set it up, but I do not know if I am going to follow through with it or not. I just thought it would be nice to have a meme about movies, since we already have one about TV. If anyone would be interested in playing, please let me know. Any suggestions for the day to do it, the title, etc., please let me know that as well. I have millions of ideas, I just would like to hear another person's opinion.

TV Tuesday.

Week 10 - Just sit right back and you'll hear a tale, a tale of a fateful trip...

Jay Leno once quipped when he was alone in an elevator his mind always reverted to the lowest song he could think of: "Come and listen to a story 'bout a man named Jed..."

Love them or hate them, TV theme songs stick with us for years! If you're stuck on some lyrics, click here for a comprehensive page with words I never even knew existed. (Who knew I Dream of Jeannie had lyrics???)

On that musical note:

1. What is your favorite TV theme song? Cheers.

2. Which song drives you crazy enough to hit mute on the remote? Three's Company really gets on my nerves.

3. Which song are your proud to say you remember (most of) the lyrics to??? For some reason I seem to remember every lyric to every song I ever hear, so I remember a ton of TV theme songs. Even cartoon theme songs from back in the day. Such as the Gummi Bears.

~Bonus~ Put the lyrics on your page (from memory), and I'll list you next week in the TV Tuesday Theme Song Hall of Fame. Don't forget to leave a comment so I'll know you posted!
Magic and mystery,
Are part of their history,
Along with the secret,
Of gummiberry juice.
Their legend is growing,
They take pride in knowing,
They'll fight for what's right,
In whatever they do.

Gummi Bears!!
Bouncing here and there and everywhere.
High adventure that's beyond compare.
They are the Gummi Bears.
They are the Gummi Bears!!

Head to toe.

I'm a little out of it today, so my memes may be a little scattered. My uncle was admitted to the hospital today. They say it has something to do with his heart, they are not sure if it serious or not but they are keeping him overnight. But I need something to keep my mind ocupied for a little bit. If I don't update much this week, you know why. Looks like it may be another foul week.

Sunday Brunch.

Head to toe fashion

1. Is your hair its natural color right now and do you wear your hair long or short? It is not its natural color. My natural color is blonde, and I recently dyed it black. My hair is long. Very long.
2. Shirts: long sleeves or short? Depends on the weather.
3. Do you wear a belt? Not usually.
4. Tell me about your favorite bottom wear (pants/jeans/shorts/skirts). Jeans, always jeans. Or jean shorts.
5. How many pairs of shoes do you own? I dunno, 6 maybe.

Ok, thats all I got. Have a great week, everyone.

Mother Teresa once said...

People are often unreasonable, illogical and self-centered;
Forgive them anyway.

If you are kind, people may accuse you of selfish, ulterior motives;
Be kind anyway.

If you are successful, you will win some false friends and some true enemies;
Succeed anyway.

If you are honest and frank, people may cheat you;
Be honest and frank anyway.

What you spend years building, someone could destroy overnight;
Build anyway.

If you find serenity and happiness, they may be jealous;
Be happy anyway.

The good you do today, people will often forget tomorrow;
Do good anyway.

Give the world the best you have, and it may never be enough;
Give the world the best you've got anyway.

You see in the final analysis. It is between you and God;
It was never between you and them anyway.

The President stopped by.

Thursday, May 13, 2004
Yes, you read it correctly. George Bush was in my little hometown today visiting one of the local highschools. He said he wanted to talk about education. Mm hmm. It was on television here all day. There were 246 cop cars from the local airport to the highschool. It was crazy. There were wrecks all day because of the traffic. I do not think anyone was seriously hurt. I hope not, anyway. My sister lives right beside the only airport in town. It is small, very small. Cops were parked all the way up her driveway all day. They wouldn't even let her check her mail. She sat outside all day with her digital camera. lol. She wanted some pics, yo. When Mr. Bush was trying to leave the highschool, war protesters blocked his path. They were all holding up John Kerry signs. But the cops removed all of them, and the President got safely to the airport. But it was quite a day. The town that we live in is soooo small. Like 1000 people small. The next town over is where the highschool is located. But its only like 10 minutes away. Regardless, thats the most action our town has seen since Jessica Lynch. Ya know, the P.O.W.? Anyway... Jessica Lynch lives like 20 minutes from me. I do not know her personally, but this time last year it was crazy around here. Camera people were everywhere. For such a tiny West Virginia town, we've been getting a lot of action lately. Plus, our town is home to one of the largest power plants. Everyone used to scare me and tell me that if we ever had another terrorist attack, it would be the power plant. I live 5 minutes from there! Don't scare me like that people. So yeah... no memes or anything today. I'm too wound up. One of the wrecks that happened today was just 200 yards from my house. Everyone was okay. Let us pray for a nice, quiet, accident-free, terror-free, restful, relaxing weekend. Have a great one everyone. Oh, my sister just IM'd me too. I will put the funny part here.

Kellim: Bush sucks
Magicrazberi: lol, why?
Kellim: I missed the limo cause it was going like 90 miles an hour
Magicrazberi: haha, no pictures?
Kellim: the cops wouldn't let us near the road
Kellim: but I got a cool shot of the helicopter
Kellim: and a black SUV
Magicrazberi: You are such a nerd.
Kellim: and a million of halee in the yard

Wednesday Mind Hump - Week 18

First, a warm up. in celebration of the 1812 birthday of Edward Lear, the man who popularized the limerick, reveal seven things about yourself using the letters N-A-U-G-H-T-Y. One word a hundred words, it doesn't matter - just hump it, baby!

Naughty, WELL, I AM!I'm not cheating. Honest.
Ahhh, ok. Maybe I cheated a little bit.
Underpants is my favorite word.
Giggles also ensue when someone says underwears. Who adds an S to underwear? Funny, Indeed.
Hot. Well, I am kinda hot, but I was referring to the weather here.
Today is really, really hot.
You know you love me. Right?

There's nothing worse than an idle hump. Now that we're warmed up, let's get humping, shall we?

01. You are a character from a children fairy tale or nursery rhyme. Who are you and why? I am Little Miss Muffet, but I wouldn't run from the spider. I would squish it.

02. You are a magic potion. What is your main ingredient(s) and what are you used for? My main ingredient is eye of newt. And I am used for warts. Ya know.. Ya don't like someone so ya whip up a potion to make them grow a big wart on their nose. (I'm tired, forgive me.)

03. Tell us your favorite joke. It an be naughty but clean up the language, puhleeze. You ask someone what sexual position produces the ugliest babies. They say I don't know. You say ask your mom. (Make sure they have a mom, and that she is in fact living, cause otherwise that would just be a mean joke)

04. Imagine you're in the Old West. What town character would you be and what would your colorful nickname be? Example: School Marm - Old Widow Maples I would be the Village Idiot and they would call me That Dumb Girl.

05. You are a mythological diety/god. What are you the god of? What offering(s) would worshippers lay at your feet? If one displeased you how would you smite them? I am Misty, the god of Parties. You must bring me offerings of beer. If you displease me, I will turn you into a sea cow.

Ignorance is bliss.

Tuesday, May 11, 2004
The rest of the Tuesday memes, and a quiz. Well, some of the memes. Maybe 2. I am lazy.

Stole this from Iz.
What Color is Your Brain?

brought to you by Quizilla

Tuesday Is Chooseday.

Would you rather:

1. One day at a job you like, have your boss catch you masturbating OR sending out resumes to other employers? Sending out resumes. Masturbating, nah.
2. Be seen on a date with a beautiful woman that was actually a man OR be seen on a date with a really ugly skank that smelled bad? Bring on the skank. But why would I be on a date with a woman in the first place, hmm?
3. Be on a totally nude beach all day long (with no chance of escape) without any kind of sunscreen or shade OR use the nastiest construction-site port-o-potty (out of severe need) that is lacking toilet paper? I'm going nude. I cannot use a port-o-potty. They frighten me, seriously. Ever since I was a kid.
4. Be the first one to know the world is ending OR be the last one to know the world is ending? The last one. Ignorance is bliss, baby.

10 on Tuesday.

Ten Songs That Make You Happy

1. Rock The Casbah - The Clash.
2. I Need You - Lynyrd Skynyrd.
3. None Of Your Business - Salt n Pepa.
4. Love Song - Tesla.
5. I Dare You To Move - Switchfoot.
6. Rebel Yell - Billy Idol.
7. Roses - Outkast.
8. Try A Little Tenderness - Otis Redding.
9. Girls Just Wanna Have Fun - Cyndi Lauper.
10. Ready For Love - Bad Company.

That's all I have in me today. I'm pooped. And YES... I did say pooped. See ya tomorrow folks. |

You're so vain, you probably think this blog is about you.

Don't you? Don't you? Don't you? Ignore the title, that song just happens to be stuck in my head. More job hunting today. And I am up at 4am. For the love of cheese, whyyyyyy? Why would I want a job that requires me to get up at 4am? Ehhh. Ok. Straight to the memes. I must leave soon.

TV Tuesday.

Week 9 - Reunited and it feels so good!

1. What show would you like to see brought back for an hour or two episode, to see how the characters are doing now? (This should be a show that it might be possible to do a reunion on.) I would say Roseanne, but the way she ended her show was too weird, and she was kindy wacky that last year. I still love her though. So I guess I will say The A-Team. They haven't done a reunion, have they? How could I miss that? I just wanna see B.A. Baracus look at Hannibal and say ..."Don't you just love it when a plan comes together, FOOL!?"

2. Pick a show that could not realistically be brought back for a reunion, because some or all of the cast members are gone. What if they could have done a reunion before it was too late? Name the show you'd most like to see. ALF. He's dead right? I'm just kidding. We couldn't really bring back ALF could we? The PETA kids would go nuts with him chasing that cat all day. No disrespect to the PETA kids, I'm just saying. Ya know... I'll shut up now.

3. Which reunion show have you watched and thought "Wow, they should have left that one alone!" Basically, all of them.

~Bonus~ Which do you prefer- a "reunion" episode of the series, or a "cast reunion" where the actors sit around and talk about the making of the show? Isn't Carol Burnett and Friends having a reunion? Or was I dreaming while watching too much Nick@Nite? I'd prefer a mixture of both. A half hour show, and half hour making of show. I want my cake and I'm gonna eat it too.

SOOOO.... I had to take this quiz. It fits in with my choice. Enjoy, feel free to steal.

I am Murdock

They call him "Howling Mad" and with good reason. Once a top notch pilot, the pressures of war left Murdock mad. He is known for his smirk, variety of personas and overall mental instability. When he isn't spending time institutionalized, Murdock is using his flying skills for the A-Team, driving B.A. nuts and talking to his imaginary dog.

Which A-Team member are you???

I will be back later with the rest of the Tuesday memes. Duty calls. |

Monday, May 10, 2004
Despite my initial resistance, I have started my job hunt. I only went to 2 places today, but hey its a start. I know I'm not going to find a "great" job seeing as how I just finished my first year of college, but I need cash. We do what we gotta do when we want independence. The two places I went to today weren't really my kind of thing. I do not have the audacity to be a telemarketer when I hang up on them every chance that I get. The hunt continues... Wish me luck.

Monday Madness.

1. If you had a farm, what would you name the following animals: Pig, Cow, Goose, Chicken and Horse (assume these are show animals and not food.)
Pig - Oliver.
Cow - LuLu.
Goose - Gwendolyn.
Chicken - Betina.
Horse - Sparkles.

2. What are the top ten spices you use in cooking and what is cooked with them as the main spice (ie. Oregano: Spaghetti) I will never make it to 10. So I'm just gonna say that I love the smell of Nutmeg. Don't really use it that much. But oh well. I don't cook much, I bake. So I usually don't use many spices.

3. Name your favorite flower and describe yourself using the letters.

Oh boy, am I rowdy
So, so rowdy
Ehhh, I'm done now

Possum again, Mom?

Sunday, May 09, 2004
I'm back. Scary, huh? First of all, Happy Mother's day to all the moms out there. Especially mine. Love ya, Mom. I had an extra busy weekend and I really do not have the energy to post about it. Sorry, folks. Maybe tomorrow. Blogger really made some cool changes which I have yet to check into. Maybe tomorrow. I found this website via Kelly. I found it very amusing. So I leave you with Dumb Laws in the state of West Virginia.

Wednesday, May 05, 2004
Well this is the new layout. There are still a few kinks. Please let me know if it is still overlapping. Thank you. I will sort it all out later when I have time. But not the rest of this week. I may be on a short hiatus. But then again maybe not. I always seem to find a half an hour to blog. I have my last final tonight. Thursday I have one more meeting at school, then I am out of there for 3 and a half months. Friday I have to watch my niece and it is her birthday. So of course we are having her party as well. Friday and Saturday night I have plans with friends. And Sunday is of course.. mommy's day. I least I already did the gift shopping. Plus I have to go to the grocery store, and bake. Which doesn't bother me, I like to bake. Oh, but not if its gonna be hot that day. That would kill the mood. Well, I'm rambling on about nothing, when I should be studying. So its meme time.

Daily Dirt.

Words don't come easy...

1. What is your favorite letter of the alphabet? O.

This week a "getting to know you" theme with an insane twist.

First, a warm up. in celebration of our fresh and "Spring"y layout, using the letters B-O-I-N-G reveal five things about yourself. You can use just one word or just chatter, chatter, chatter. Either way, just go crazy!

Now...we wouldn't leave you with just half a hump so here's the rest so you can have the hump, the whole hump and nothing but the hump! Let's hump, shall we?

Betty Boop, I love her.

Oh, Mother.

I know it's only been Tuesday for an hour, but I have an early day tomorrow and class all night. Yay for finals. Not. So I am doing most of the Tusday memes now. Maybe I will get to the rest of them before Tuesday is over. Maybe not. AND DO NOT FORGET to go here and look at my new layout. Comment about whether I should stick with the old, or go with the new. Thanks.

TV Tuesday.

Week 8 - The hand that rocks the cradle rules the world.
In honor of Mother’s Day this Sunday (what- you forgot? Shame on you! Get thee to a Hallmark Store!) This week’s questions will be about that beloved group of ladies we all know and love- TV moms.

1. Who is/was your favorite TV mom? I know I sound like a broken record, but I love Roseanne. I can't help it. The woman cracks me up. I also have to say Kitty from That 70's Show. She reminds me of my mom. Oh, and Patty From My So-Called Life. She was great.

2. Was she a realistic mother, or more of a TV fantasy type? They were all realistic in their own way, just made to be more dramatic and over-the-top for TV purposes.

3. Which TV mom did you find the most unrealistic? Or if you’d rather: creepy , sappy , mean. You choose the adjective, and you name the mom. Creepy - Peg Bundy from Married with Children. But still hilarious.

~Bonus~ No disrespect to your dear old mum, but which TV mom did you think it might be neat to have as your own? ROSEANNE. We would have awesome bitch fests.

Thanks for playing! Happy Mother’s Day, and always remember the loving words of TV mom Roseanne Conner: “If those kids are alive by the time he comes home at the end of the day, then hey, I’ve done my job!”

And on that note... I found a quiz. What TV Mom are you?

I did not cheat, I'm telling ya. But of course I was Roseanne.

Roseanne Connor

You are Roseanne Connor from Roseanne. You've probably got a sarcastic streak, and you may take some pleasure in embarrassing your brood. But ultimately, your kids know that when they really, really, really need to talk about something, you will listen...eventually. Truth is, you tend to see things from their points of view; you just don't like to let them in on that until necessary. That's your little secret. And while it may not be your style (or fit your schedule) to compulsively whip up a batch of chocolate chip cookies, if your kids want to microwave some popcorn and watch TV with you, there's always room on the couch, and even on your lap.

Ten On Tuesday.

10 Things That We Probably Don't Know About You

1. I eat abundant amounts of junk food.
2. My best friend is my ex-fiance.
3. If I watch scary movies I have nightmares.
4. I slept in my parents bed until I was almost in the double digits.
5. I've kept a diary ever since I can remember. I am now on my 6th one.
6. My English Prof. told me that I had the talent to become a good writer.
7. I already bought my mom her mothers day gift. Go me.
8. I cannot wash a plate if spaghetti has touched it. The smell makes me sick and I literally gag.
9. I was this.... far ... away from touching Joe Nichols. Ahhh.
10.I need a job.

Tuesday Iffers.

Now You See Me, Now You Don't...
If you could be invisible for a day what would you do and why? Oh, the possibilities are endless. You could eavesdrop without being caught. You could watch Brad Pitt shower. You could walk around naked all day. You could scare the bejesus out of people. Ahh, the fun that would ensue. For me, at least.

Tuesday Twosome.

1. Do you prefer: Fiction or non-fiction? Mostly non-fiction.

2. Do you prefer: Magazines or books? Ehh, probably magazines.

3. Do you prefer: Biography or autobiography? Auto. I wanna hear it from their point of view.

4. Name your two favorite books: Steven King's The Stand. And Bird by Bird by Anne Lamott.

5. Name two books you haven't read, but plan to: Hmm, I'll get back to ya on that one. Anyone read any good ones lately?
